Just out in the latest edition of Forbes are my photos of Corning Glass. You can read the story here.
It was a busy day, beginning with a really cool shot of process technicians pouring molten glass fresh out of a super hot furnace.
Followed by some still life shots of some molten glass moments after being poured into a mold, their non-glare glass (that is not a hole in the center), and Corning’s bendable Willow glass.
The day ended with portraits of their CEO, Wendell Weeks (above), and their SVP and Operations Chief of Staff, Dr. Jeffrey Evenson. I photographed Wendell in 2006, also for Forbes.
